Yes, I totally agree.
Before going ahead, I need to define the meaning of \"help\"
\"Help\" means literally \"to give assistance or support to\".
Now I have to accept my fault. Sometimes, I misunderstood \"help\" so that I overgoverned my sons.
I used to force them to do something. Or I\'m still forcing them to do something.
I made a list for them to study or I instructed them to exercise and eat.

The important thing that I have to do as a mother is real help. Then what is a real help?
Do not interupt until they can feel. Watch them with patience until they ask of me to do something.
