My favorite healthy food is beef. Beef is good for stamina.
Usually I have a beef with liqour in beef restaurant.
Another favorite healthy food is ginseng steamed red.
Ginseng steamed red taste is so bitter. But this food is help to my body immunity.
Ginseng steamed red is expensive. So I get a this food from present of acquaintance.
So I can not have this food everytime.
