Homework 9/29
학생이 쓴 원문
Have you ever been in a difficult situation while traveling? Elaborate your answer.
I have seen two racists in Toronto, Canada and San francisco, USA.
One of racist who I have seen in USA made his eyes slanted in his car when I was walking on the Golden bridge.
I was so surprised and angry of this impolite person especially in California.
Because I heard California is one of largest melting pot in the world, so I didn't expect this situation.
The experience in Toronto, Canada was same.
Even though I was in Korean town located in downtown, a man in the driving car yelled at me and laughed.
I still hope that those people aren't racists but bloody juckies.
I know that there are a lot of good people and just a few of racists.
But an afraid thing is that these bad memories make me judge these countries.
Through this experience, I always remind that I can be a first impression of Korea to foreigners, and that's the reason why I try to act kindly against them.
