Extreme hot or cold weather conditions make people to stay at home using the air conditioning or heating system. And temporarily, people will end up lazy, economy will end up slowing down. But, if those conditions keep going on for a long long time, people will soon adjust to those conditions. I think, as the result, people will become active and economy will revive again.
