I cannot say that it is the advice for me but my father used to say, \' You cannot hide your hunger eventhough you can cheat(trick?) everything.
My father was very strict to me and tried to have a strong dicipline.
Whenenver I was irritated then, tried to skip meal, he always told me \' You cannot hide your hunger eventhough you cheat everthing. If you don\'t have a meal now, you must be hungry but I will not give you any food until next morning\"
Sometimes, I did not listen to him and then I skipped a meal.
Surely, I had to feel hunger all night crying in a blanket with a big regret.
There are three things you can never hide and trick.
