To be a landlord is the most interest job people wish to be.

 They do not need to work hard since they receive money from tenants monthly.

Furthermore, the value of land has never been decreased in the past.

 It means the land price might be increased more and more even it is a bit.

 And the owner will be able to increase monthly rent fee.

 How come it can not be interested to the other people. It is the best ideal job ever.

To do dirty, difficult, dangerous job is the least interested in.

Thus, I had avoided to apply a job which made me to work in sewage treatment plant.
