Normally, they retired their job before 60 years old. However, It have difference to what their company or features.
I think that why they retired before 60 years old, because If they ages over 60 years, decreasing their skills and ability.

The life of after retirement is not limitation. They can found various things what they really want.
I would like to change about retirement ages to more 5 years.
