In case of vegetables, I would like to point out the cabbage, especially the Chinese cabbage.

People in Korea put a special side dish called kimchi in their meals.

It is like pickles in Italian meal.

And kimchi is made up of the Chinese cabbage.

In case of fruits, it is a bit hard for me to pick only one fruit.

There are huge variety of choice and it depend on the season.

For example, watermelon in Summer, persimmon in Autumn, and mandarin orange in Winter.
