What kind of culture does your country practice? I try to think about the good practices but, sadly, I couldn\'t. So I will list up bad cultures should have to be changed below. First, employees should have to work until boss or chief of their group leave at working place although period hour already passes and they have done their things on time. Second, most of companies, which are not included huge company and the thing belongs government, do overtime work although they don\'t get any compensation for their contributes. Third, people should be avoid saying something wrong directly to their boss. That culture makes coercive meeting which might be blocked creative idea since team member just need to follow the opinion of their boss. I think these three things are differences between Korea and the other countries such as the Philippines, Malaysia, and Twain. These horrible practices must be changed to improve our country better.
