Here are my corrections for you:

I think happiness is the achievement of desire. 

>> I think happiness is when you achieve your desires. 

Every value in life can be transformed into desire. 

>> What we value in life can be transformed into one of our desires.

For example, if I am happy with my promotion, I have a desire for it. 

>> For example, if I am happy with my promotion, then I have desired for it. 

Similarly, if I am unhappy with my wealth, I have a desire to be rich. 

>> In the same point,  if I am unhappy with my wealth, then I have a desire to be rich. 

Therefore, the way we become more happy is to lessen our desire, which is not easy though.

>> Therefore I conclude that in order for us to become happier, we could lessen our desires, which is not easy  to do though.
