Why is stress so common these days? I don\'t think stress is common only these days. People can not live without stress. For example, there is a person who is having a hard time to find a job. He gets stress since there are lack of vacancy for him. He tries to make himself be a good applicant studying lots of things. Even if he finds a job and works for the company, there is an another problem appears to him. He thinks the salary is not comparable as much as his effort. Thus he changes company which gives him more benefits. Sadly there is a new problem he faces, it\'s about buying house. He doesn\'t think he buy his own house since the price of apartment is so expensive. He calculates when he is able to buy it. He gets fully stress since he would have it if he has saved money for 10 years without spending. Even having food is not allowed for the plan. I think you are asking me this question since you consider stress is a problem. But I think it is necessary for improving ourselves.
