What are your thoughts on the seniority [hoobae-sunbae] system in Korea, especially in the workplace?
I think this system is very inefficient. I often feel that it is too much. I understand that there has to be that kinds of systems to maintain organizations. But, It is too strong for junior staffs to speak their own ideas. So, most of decision in the workplace is not reflected by young people\'s ideas but by old men. It\'s even worse in army. Honestly, i think young people think up creative ideas better than old people. So, people have to respect their own strengths and speak their thoughts without caring others.
