Generally, I get stressed when I am in the office but especially I get more of it when I am too busy at work. Following is the situation that I get extremely stressed. For example, while I have a conversation with a client with my smartphone, my desk phone suddenly starts ringing and also several instant chats popping up on my screen. This is what I hate the most.
