How do you think we could encourage people to turn off lights and other appliances when they are not being used?
To make people turn off lights when they don\'t use them, I suggest to let them know how much money they pay for electricity. I don\'t think many people deeply concern about the earth and environment problems. Therefore just telling them how important to turn off lights when they are not used might not be effective. I turn off lights very well usually but my main motivation to do it is an electricity bill. Sometimes practical approach is better than moral or value focused approach.
