I\'ve thought about the ways to release the stress that we didn\'t mention in the class. Some of my friends spend their money shopping when they\'ve got stressed. I think this is one of the negative ways. Some of my friends have sports hobbies. They go to snowboarding during the winter season and go surfing during the summer season. Having sports hobbies would be a positive way to relieve stress.
