Who is your role model and why? A person who I have met in Malaysia during previous project is my role model. Even though the guy is not my coworker so that he is not an electrical engineer, he was eligible to be respected. He knows well in his field about mechanical things. And although the schedule has been delayed, he knows how to manage the schedules, and how to catch it up to make it to be under controlled. The best reason why I respect him is he knows how to treat the other people with no discrimination, and knows how to persuade, and to explain others if the person does not know well about engineering. He is having a good manner so that he is a gentle. I think that kind of person has been called \'leader\' to the others since others are willing to work with him. My achievement is going to be \'leader\' like the person whom I met, not a \'boss\' who used to yell to the others making them follow his order.
