There are some advantages of starting my own business rather than being employed at a company.
First, there is not fixed roles so that I can experience various and many things. For example, I might have to do accounting, marketing and so on. I think it will be the foundation for self-development.
Second, early members can work with more affection and passion. They will be more cooperative and purpose-oriented.
These are good for my company in the long run.
For these advantages, I will be able to feel more sense of accomplishment when my own company succeed.
