I think that genius is can become by environment.

How to way growing and who is around people. 

>> How he grows up and the people around him is a factor.

So genius to born seems like a little rare and it will is not easy.

>> So being born a genius is a little rare and it is not easy to find.

Because Although genius, If he is poor or sick, alone ㅜㅜ, they can not show his talent. 

>> Although he is a genius, if he is poor or sick or alone, he cannot show his talent.

So Environment of life is very important.

>> So the environment where he lives in is very important.
