1. My mom\'s one of goal is having a garden at home later. She wants to have home made in countryside. And she wants to make her own a garden in the yard. Therefor, she is going to grow flowers. She told me \'All women love flowers. Flowers make women impress and Reminds me of memory when I was [이름], I was loved the most.\' So I think gardening make people good feelings. 2. I think the most effected for our mental is meditation. Meditation makes one\'t emotions quiet and smooth. If you want to control your emotion, you should do meditation. And I think the most good thing for physical health is having active hobbies. For example, riding a bicycle or play football or playing bowling and stuff.
