It is very important. Wearing a seatbelt can save a driver\'s and passenger\'s life. For instance, when one of my friends was a kid, his family and he had an accident and he didn\'t wear a seatbelt at that time. He had to be moved to a hospital for surgery. After the surgery, he could save his life but he got huge scars on his head and body.
