What impact, if any, do you think subtitling films has on language learning?
I think subtitling films helps language learning in some parts. In my case, I used subtitling films to learn english in the past. This is how it works. First, I watch a movie or a drama without any subtitle and then, I try to understand exactly how the story goes on. Next, I watch it again with English and Korean subtitles so I can confirm what I understood about the story. Addtionally, I repeat watching the video with no subtitle over and over. That really helped my listening skills and getting used to use new expressions. However, it\'s really boring job so many people cannot do this last longer.
