i think that improved speaking english because studed english speaking by phone call.

 i convince that i speaking english fluently some time or other.

 because i effort study english everyday and i feel like need english skills strongly.

 my answer is no cell phone because internet is very convenience for us and most people have been used anywhere,anytime.

 also, internet system is very useful that i can playing video games and watching movie by striming service.  i connect skype system that i can see friends face.
