When I look this subject for composition, I feel that I am a local lawmaker. If I could change one thing about my hometown, I would chage some environment more nature-friendly. I think making park is good for not only hometown but also people who live in hometown. Even small park is also great thing. Especially, people are interested in live with good condition nowdays. There are many people and young child in my hometown. If I make a park, it will be good place for people to take a rest and have a picnic with their children. Of course, tree and flower help them be more healthy. By getting good energy from a park, people will be more active and energetic. So is atmosphere of my hometown. Therefore, I would make a park for my hometown.
