There are many factors for choosing their job and everyone chooses their job depending on these factors. What could be factors for choosing it? In my opinion, pay, region and personality are the main factors. For the first factor, pay, I think money is necessary to maintain our lifestyle so we cannot exclude it when we think about a job. How about the second one. Region is also important because if the place where you have to go is far from your house, it would be hard to make a decision if you are going to accept it or not. Finally, personality is important, too. Even if, both of previous things are good for you but if the characteristic of the job and your personality is totally different, you cannot bear it. For example, imagine that your job is sedentary but you want a job that you can move your body. And also, there must be more factors than these three but I think these are basic factors.
