He mentioned one of the mistakes he made as working in Shell was to send an email to his colleague with fury and anger. At that time, he had been totall upset to his colleague because his comrade had stolen his achievments. However, he said it was his big mistake. He advised us not to write an email when we can't control our emotion. After we calm down our mind, we can see what the matter is, and respond it more wisely, he said. It occurred to me that I had similar experience today. I was frustrated to the fact that I didn't pass an e-learning course that I took this month. I wrote an email to the e-learning manager.

Hi Sir [이름]! Thank you for sharing this story with me. I think it is understandable if someone will commit a mistake of sending a hate letter to another. This is  because we cannot control our emotions most of the time. But the problem is if it hinders us from thinking righteously because this kind of action can ruin our relationship with other people.
