I wrote down as below for today homework.
I think phone call is very good tool to communicate each other for real-time conversations.
But all the conversation depends on memory even if we write down it sooner, in this case they might miss some points and contents some times.
Some people can say \"now a days many people do record for business call\" but it is not easy to spare time to review record to verify call the contents.
And some times we receive phone call while we are doing other things or not 100% ready situation, but have to continue call as duty and respecting of caller since that person is customer or VIP or business partner.
