We'd batter eat comfortable food for stomach in the morning. I thick Rice is the best food for beakfast. There's old saying " Korean must eat rice" That mean is a meal suitable for Korean. Our body need much energy for activity. Rice is nutriment enough for our body. It's the good way that with fresh vegetables else.
