"'Few minds wear out; most rust out."
This means we can do it however hard the problem is. Humans have infinite capacity in their brains so it is not the problem we can't solve it, but we don't do it. I thought I was no longer as smart as when I was in teens. But I could study my board exams and passed easily in my thirties. Now I believe I can do everything if I try hard.
