Body language is a way to communicate without saying anything, just using the body. The importance of body language is that it assists us in understanding and decoding what the person is saying. Body language also helps interpret other peoples\' moods and emotions. Apart from this, it enhances our conscious understanding of people\'s reactions to what we say and how we say it.
Body language can tell a lot about how a person feels. A slumped posture can demonstrate a lack of confidence or boredom. Averted eye contact can be an indicator that a person is uncomfortable, self-conscious, or even lying. Crossed arms can signal defensiveness or disagreement. A forced smile can mean insincerity.
