This graph illustrates how much the consumption of fish and meat in a European changed from 1979 to 2004.

 First of all, the chicken consumption increased dramatically from about 140 to around 250 in the entired period.

On the other hand, the Beef, which took a top of consumption in this foods at 1979, showed a downward trend, dropping significantly from around 220 grams to about 100 grams between 1979 and 2004.

In addition, there was a dramatic decrease in the Lamb consumption from 150 to over 50 in the same research period.

Finally, a European consumed stable at around 50 grams since 1979.
