Korean people have different opinions on complaints about the quality of the services.

First of all, some Koreans tend to be patient about bad service.

In addition, we have to deal positively with elder persons that even talk aggressively.

Even though these activities might be separated into each positive and negative types,this negative attitude has been a fatal problem in Korea.

For instance, they exploit negatively a common word such as “a customer is a king” in Korea.

They strongly try to find some weakness in restaurants to get additional services.

Finally, I believe that we have to express one’s opinions with the polite attitude.
