Leadership is not a one talent, but a complex of talents. A dicisiveness, mildness, catholicity and others are component of the leadership. If there is a person who has all of that talents by nature, he/she is maybe inborn leader. However even if someone has just a few things of the component of the readership, he/she can be a good leader with a little bit of effort. In fact, a person who has all of that talents is almost impossible. Therefore, everyone needs a effort and teaching to be a good leader. By the way, if he/she has not any component of the leadership, he/she can’t be a good reader even if he/she get teaching or take a lot of effort. As result, leadership skill is kind of acquired ability because to improve leadership skill he/she need some effort or teaching. However it is also kind of innate ability because to improve leadership skill he/she must have a component of the leadership. In other words, I think leadership skill is both innate ability and acquired ability.
