First of all, talking over the cell phone can distract driver's concentration while driving. When a driver faces on emergency situation, he cannot take a prompt action. Moreover, a driver can miss traffic signal much more time than usual. Driving a car is not availble for multi tasking because it is related in someone's safe & valuable life. So, cell phones & driving are not good combination. Not only a driver but also a passenger can be really in dangerous situation. Safe driving is important because it takes into consideration the lives of other people. There is no sense risking your life for calling cell phone while driving. Thus, I strongly agree that it does not act wise if someone is using a cell phone while driving because it is tied to our safety.
