I think the idea that older people make better leaders is a prejudice. Sometimes, many old men are bossy and they have narrow minded thinking. In contrast, young men are sometimes clever and pioneering. I think the ages are not a standard of leadrs. I think the voters who vote for elction have to judge about it a lot. They have to consider about candidates' promise, party, and etc. In Korea, only the person who older than 40 can register as a president candidate. I don't know well about political issues. But when I voted for a presiden election, I didn't think about the candidates' age. I think it depends on each person's thought. The ages can be important for someone. But it's different issue in universities. I think the elder leaders of team projects are always good to me. They have known about professor well. And they have a lot of helpful personal connections.
