I think that there is no one who cares for subjects better than King Sejong. His the most famous achievement is to invent Hunminjeongeum(Hangul). Besides, King Sejong encouraged lieges to make sundial, water clock for helping agriculture.King Sejong take care of his subjects as long as he has breath. I really respect him.
