Have you ever been furious at work? If so,what made you feel that way? I have been furious at work when I couldn't make it perfectly. Because of my perfectionism, I often feel depression at work. If I can't come through work I assumed, I would like to give up everything I have to do. On my tendency, I suffer from stress. I can not help changing my perfectionism for my comfortable life.
