In Korea, Korean accents are associated with what region people are living more than their social status.
But English accents obviously affected by social status.
People who are rich and have interests in education tend to have their kids study abroad or learn English when they are young.
I heard that language skills are well developed in the childhood so people who study in English speaking countries or learn English in their very early age could have more fluent and native-like accents.
