Did you hear the Feminism? It pursue to force the right of female in a male dominated society. Thus, it is the movement to be liberated from sex discrimination.
Last year, a book is very issued in Korea. The book name is ‘ [이름] Ji Young born in 1982’. The content of this book is story about a woman, but she represent our mothers or sisters at that time in Korea. For example, she gave up to go to high school because her family is poor and she should earn the money for her brothers. She can’t think that it is unfair because it is natural in Korea.
Like this, even few years ago, right of female was low but, it is increased continuously like appearing female minsters, the ‘me too’ movement.
However, the discrimination still exist and conflict of women and men is also occurring in Korea. We are walking the way to harmony and peace. I think we need more time, patience, and respect for everyone.
