How are you preparing for retirement?

Honestly,I love what I'm doing now. I've worked for several companies and all the jobs were basically same_corresponding with overseas' buyers and trading products. However, in most cases, I couldn't fully use my abilities_several foreign languages. But now I finally find a job which requires all of my ablities and it's always challenging and fascinating me. Unfortuanately, I don't believe that the companies in Korea take care of its employee until their retirement. That's why I can't get out of the concerning of my old age. Even though I like my job so much, maybe I can do my job during time allowed by my company. Also I have a dream what I'm interested in for a long time. So far, I didn't do anything for that, but I think I will be led when I'm natually inspired.
