Due to my previous experiences, I am somewhat proficient in using Microsoft Office programs, especially EXCEL. While I was in university, I took courses to learn Microsoft Office programs from scratch, and I was able to be certified as Microsoft Office Specialist in my junior year. After graduation, I worked within the financial service and consulting industry, where I utilized this statistical tool for deducing clients’ insight. This experience has led me to use this statistical tool at the business level and interpret the large dataset by applying various tools. Furthermore, I have become confident in learning new software quickly. Apart from Microsoft Office programs, I am familiar with data visualization tools such as R and Power BI.
