How can I expose myself more to English using environment?

Good morning, Klein. It's been a long time to see you again in this board. This time I have something to ask your advice concerning how to raise my English level. As you said last week, speaking with you for 20 minutes by telephone might be not good enough to upgrade English skills. When I think how much I expose myself to English materials, I watch English movies sometimes and I read articles in English on a irregular basis. What should I do in order to upgrade my English skills? I ask you this question because you know very well where I am. :)
