Somepeople claim The Internet only disturb studying, so it is better not to use it when you are studying. However, I personally believe that the Internet is perfect tool for learning a forein language for the reasons follow.
First, the Internet has plenty of materials which can help studying a language, such as vidio clips, news papers, and audio files. we can decide whatever we like. For instance, someone like movie can find some movie related article which can motivate studying harder.
Second, it is allways connected. According to recent technology development, cell phone became a powerful device to connect the Internet. you can listen a audio file whereever, if you bring cell phone. Furthermore, we do not have to carry haevy dictionary anymore while carrying a mobile phone.
Finally, but not least it is free of charge. Of course, not all materials are free, but still it is not difficult find a free studying items, if you would like to spend little time to find it
