How can the world make sure human rights are protected?

People have a different experience about their life. because they have a different thought each other. so thinking about human rights is too different. But I think that human rights should be protected and that first thing is a ‘respect’ to each other. Respect is a basic communication skill. We Should not think only myself. And second is a setting a law. People think sometimes their rights that is a absolute. But the right is not fair about social some weak person. So government should set a law for their rights.
