How can you contribute?

A collaborative mindset would make me a good fit for BAT. Juggling balls are inevitable in the global business, where everything is fast-paced – also, a high level of collaboration is required to pick a brain and learn from others. In my previous experiences at Willis Towers Watson, I received a request regarding the compensation level review for new hires regulated by the government. There was no market data, so I conducted the market survey and collaborated with the legal bodies for the regulatory review. As a result, we released the first research paper for Korea regarding such a position. Being open-minded to different perspectives, knowledge, and experience to deliver diverse product portfolios to clients is what BAT values. Therefore, I believe it is essential for the HR department to make an environment where everyone can be competitive. I am looking forward to an opportunity to be exposed to an atmosphere by openly sharing diverse information and ideas.
