I think good manners come from good educations.
We can easily think that people who have a high income and social status have good manners cause they usually have high levels of educations.
But I\'ve seen many people who are arrogant and disregard others even though they are rich and have a high social status.
From my experiences, I concluded that good manners are closely related to parents\' education.
