Handling a demanding customer is one of the biggest tasks for any type of customer-facing employees. Having a position who is not facing customers, I am not stressed with any similar cases with this. But looking back on one of my past experiences when I worked for a coffee shop as a barista, I learned that even normal people can be a monster easily when they are in the position of customers, especially when they have an excuse for blaming the company or the employees there.
I know that I also can be a monster customer to the service employees at any shop, So I am always trying to be careful not to be rude and control my instant emotions becoming exploded.
