I find my balance by strictly dividing work and private life. I believe it is more than leaving the office after the working hour. There might be some circumstances that I need to overwork due to the timeline of specific tasks. However, after I finish my work, I try not to overthink the result and brood over my mistakes. In my thought, break elevates the level of energy for the following tasks. Accordingly, I try hard to rest even though it is long or short, and take as much as a break when I can spare time to proceed with the next step.
