Actually, This is just my personality.^^
But If I should nag to them(my staffs). Normally, I try to talk with them next day. If I do like that. I can deal with my annoying.

Anyway, nagging your staff is a normal phenomenon as you are the leader in your company and they follow your lead. Hence, instructing them as kindly as possible is a good way to avoid misunderstanding and annoyance in their part and to yours as well.
