At my office, workers are devided to 2 age groups, over 45 years old and under 35 years old.
Because of age gap, it is not easy to get along with all of them.
I try to be polite and behave to older coworkers.
Also I should be careful in speaking especially at the office with many women.
On the contrary, I talk comportably to younger collegues even though some of them have higher jop position than me.
