How do you deal with an intimidating situation/person?

Actually I am not a person who can control my face expression and true feeling. Since my job is in kind of service field, I have to show the great attitude even though I feel not good. Whenever I meet a people making me awful, I try to keep smiling without much talking. And I will try to explain a situation in detail. I think some issues make us awkward so I should solve the problem right away. As I said, I have no choice to work with only good client. Some people are rude or impolite. On the otherhands, I have met good people a lot. So Service field has a big pros and cons. I wish I become more flexible person myself to handle all people.
